從編輯的回復看來，期刊對你的論文還是有興趣的，前提是你可以好好處理審稿人提出的問題。
你首先該做的事情是仔細看過審稿意見。如果審稿人提出來的問題你覺得都可以解決，就可以直接修改論文，重投到這家期刊。如果修改的內容讓人滿意，那還是有很好的機會可以被接受的。此外，編輯還提到，重投的論文會發給至少一位上次的審稿人，所以重投速度有可能比較快。
但是，如果你覺得你沒有辦法處理審稿人提出的問題，那還是考慮投別的期刊。
